We proudly serve the North Central Florida region.
How many participants are required for private events?
At least 10 participants are required for private events. This number is subject to change depending on distance traveled.
Are all your products listed on the website?

No. Our supply chain is constantly evolving in order to provide the best products to our customers. Don't see what your looking for? Please contact us and we will work with you to select the best item for your event.
Do you all carry trademarked characters such as Pokemon & Disney?
In order the keep our prices as low as possible, we do not contract with such third-party vendors. But once you get your hands on our furry pals, you wont regret it.
What is your return policy?
All of us at Teddy Bear Mobile believe that our friends are the softest, most cuddly friends anywhere — designed with love and stitched with care. If you don’t agree, you can send them back for a full refund.

How should I clean my new pal?
Spot cleaning with a mild detergent/water mixture and allowing to air-dry is recommended. Placement in a washing machine and dryer has been done successfully but we cannot recommend this method.
What are the payment options?
You can pay for purchases using Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®, PayPal or a debit card.
What size are your stuffed animals?
All of our animals are 16 inches in length providing a perfect size for cuddling and playing.
Will the clothes fit all of my furry friends?
Most of our clothing fits furry friends that are 14 - 16 inches.
